Astral Audio Productions will be releasing a new behind the scenes interview series, and I’d like you to decide who we feature first by voting in our latest poll. The series will focus on some of the typical questions like, “What got you interested in podcasting/voice work?” “Who do you try to emulate?” “What do you have to tell for aspiring (insert related label here)?” Also, we will delve into their listening habits, the music that moves and motivates them, the shows they enjoy for fun, and more. It is a wide open field to start with. You can choose no more than two answers
. The top two vote-getters will move on in next week’s poll to determine who’s voice you want to go beyond.

Episode 6 of the Astral Audio Experience is finally almost ready for the performers to work their magic with it. Michael spence and I have been tossing about more ideas than all of the tenis balls used in the recent open at Wimbledon. Needless to say, things are shaping up rather well for this and upcoming episodes. Because there is a tie in the current poll, we are extending the voting deadline to next sunday. A couple of things to cover in this post; we are on iTunes, and several cast members appear in another podcast! And if that isn’t enough exciting news for you, several members of the Astral Audio Experience cast appear in an episode of Krakens Quest hosted by Tee Morris; specifically, Michael Spence, Pip Ballantine, and myself. Our task was simple; record our best zombie-like “braaaiiinnnsss”. On a personal note, I found this one quite amusing to do, and since I was full of caffine, my performance turned out to be intense. You will have to hear for yourself which lines were put into the episode. If I get comments requesting the full set of lines submitted, I’ll post that as a separate entry.
