Since posting the audition roles on the 26th and sending an email out as well, I have received five sets of auditions (including the one I was given this afternoon) for several of the characters that will be appearing soon in the podcast. I have to say that I’m quite exstatic about the turn out so far, and I may have to extend the deadline to accomidate. It will depend on how many total auditions are submitted on the whole. I am listening to them as they end up in my inbox to save time; mentally checking off things I like, do not like etc. I will get to work on the first script this week in addition to the other things going on at present. There’s still time to submit so get them in early if you can.

You’ll be fine. <Stern but with a bit of humor> Now, rest, or I’ll have to tie you down; you need it with all the hours you pull.

<Sarcastically> Great. Just what I needed; a cup of coffee with a side order of “How am I going to explain this one” . <Sighs with boredom> Why did they have to put him in a bed near an open window?

The perp managed to break the window and jump to the ground below. <Pause> Yes, we caught him on camera, but we didn’t get a good profile. I’ll have to digitally enhance the images later.

I wasn’t able to get to him in time, Vincent. No. <Sighs> I couldn’t here anything behind the glass. I just saw him . . . fall. Then I contacted HQ as the medics rushed in.

Show Synopsis:
The (fictional) host of the Astral Audio Experience is the leader of a secret society who defends this realm from entities within it and from other realms. The headquarters being the Astral Realm. “Just thought to contain a person’s astral body when he or she astral projects, it has been discovered that the realm can contain physical matter as well and has its own assortment of beings; good and evil.” As the tag line suggests, the Astral Audio Experience seeks to provide content from a wide array of possibilities … audio drama being a main focus.
